The next-gen Ford Ranger is finally here and we’ve got just the gear for it. Whether you’re the proud owner or you’ve got your eyes on what’s said to be the best Ford ever built, read on to discover the Ford Ranger 2022+ ultimate roof rack systems.
Combine the Pioneer Platform (62100) with the vigorously-tested Rhino-Rack Backbone (RFRB3) and you’ve got yourself a ‘Rhino Tough’ set-up that won’t let you down. This premium pair is compatible with XL, XLS, XLT, Sport and Wildtrak models.
The cargo-maximising Pioneer Platform was built with the adventurer in mind. Sturdy and stylish, the platform lends itself to versatility; it’s compatible with a whopping range of mounting systems and adventure-ready accessories.
The most highly anticipated fit for the new P703 Ford Ranger, this sleek backbone uses pre-existing factory roof mounting options and boasts 100% load-carrying capacity in all conditions. When it comes to the installation, you’ll be pleased to hear that no drilling is required. Concealed fixing has also been achieved with replacement ditch rubber infills, offering a sleek finish to your set-up.
For those who haven't upgraded to the latest 6 Series Pioneer, take your current set-up to the next level with the bespoke Ford Ranger 2022+ wind fairing – a vehicle-specific product designed to help reduce wind noise on the road. This strong, lightweight construction is the perfect addition to the 5 Series Pioneer Platform and Rhino-Rack Backbone system; you don’t even need to move the Pioneer to install it. Made of aluminium and stainless steel, you can be confident knowing that it’s just as tough as the rest of your gear.
If you’ve got a bare roof variant of the Next-Gen Ford Ranger you’ll notice there are no rails or visible fixpoints. For this roof type a door jamb clamp-style roof rack provides a secure and easy install solution, which is why we’ve designed a bespoke DK Kit to suit the existing 2500 system with Vortex or Heavy Duty Crossbars.
In the DK kit, you’ll find four anti-corrosive powder coated metal clamps and four strong Santoprene pads to attach to the vehicle’s roof. To complete this set-up you’ll need a Rhino-Rack 2500 roof rack system which includes the RLKVA leg kit, and Vortex or Heavy Duty Crossbars.
If you’re after something super stylish and suitable for off-road use then the Vortex StealthBar (JA7971) is for you. This low profile bar, which sits just 35 mm /1 ½” above factory-raised rails, is easy to install (and remove), helps to reduce wind noise and is compatible with an array of accessories.
For the Ford Ranger Wildtrak with raised rails, the Rhino-Rack RX100 roof rack system is a must-have. Tried and tested in labs to withstand off-road use, this is a roof rack you can rely on no matter where your adventure takes you. To maximise your cargo, combine the Pioneer Platform or Vortex Bars to complete your set-up.
