Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Entry Period

The competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED, RockyMounts and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.  The promotional period concludes on 5 May 2026. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the draw. The promoter (Rhino-Rack) reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Winner Selection and Notification

The prize draw will take place on 6 May 2026. Winners will be notified via phone number or email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 2 business days, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

3. Marketing Consent and Data Sharing

By entering this competition, participants expressly consent to subscribe to the digital newsletters and marketing communications of Rhino-Rack and the following associated brand partners; Maxtrax, TRED and RockyMounts. Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data (including name and email address) will be shared across these four (4) brands for marketing and promotional purposes.

Note on Privacy: You maintain the right to opt-out of communications from any individual brand at any time via the "unsubscribe" link included in their respective emails. Unsubscribing from one brand will not automatically remove you from the mailing lists of the remaining partners.

4. Prize Details

The total prize pool is valued at $1,000 AUD. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternative under any circumstances.
