Terms and Conditions
1.Information regarding the prize and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
2.This promotion is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over (Individual Entrants).
3.Directors, management, and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management, and employees) of MAXTRAX, Rhino-Rack, TRED, EZY Anchor or RockyMounts and each brand’s trade partners or of the companies or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4.The Promotional Period dates are as stipulated from 1/05/25 - 11/05/25. The competition may be advertised on the websites https://maxtrax.com.au/, https://www.rhinorack.com/en-au/, https://tredoutdoors.com/,https://ezyanchor.com/, https://rockymounts.com/ on the MAXTRAX, Rhino-Rack TRED, EZY Anchor or RockyMounts social media pages and via email.
5.To enter, entrants must do the following: Visit the entry page https://www.rhinorack.com/en-au/mothersday-giveaway and fill out and submit the form
6.Individual Entrants are only eligible to enter once during the promotional period.
7.The prize will be drawn at random on Monday 12/05/25 and the winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Rhino-Rack reserves the right to appoint a new winner if a winner cannot be contacted within seven 24 hours or if the Prize cannot be redeemed by a Winner.
8.Rhino-Rack reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address if necessary, and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Rhino-Rack.
9.Rhino-Rack reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these Terms & Conditions of Entry or has engaged in any inappropriate or fraudulent activity.
10.Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Prizes cannot be transferred.
11.Entries must be received during the promotional periods as stipulated in the terms above.
12.Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
13.The winning entrant will be contacted via email and/or phone. The winner will be notified of their prize in writing via email or over the phone.
14.The total prize pool is as pictured in the competition artwork and stipulated on the competition landing page. Only one prize will be awarded per person as per the competition landing page prize options and the entrant must choose their prize of choice in the entry form.
15.Rhino-Rack’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16.Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products.
17.MAXTRAX, Rhino-Rack, TRED, EZY Anchor or RockyMounts and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the promotion or prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
18.MAXTRAX, Rhino-Rack, TRED, EZY Anchor or RockyMounts will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to the prize.
19.Prize acceptance by the winner’s companions also signifies acceptance of these conditions.
20.MAXTRAX, Rhino-Rack, TRED, EZY Anchor or RockyMounts may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason before the close of entry and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
