Terms and Conditions
1. Information regarding the prize and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
2. This giveaway is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over (Individual Entrants).
3. Directors, management, and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management, and employees) of Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor, trade partners or of the companies or agencies associated with this giveaway are ineligible to enter.
4. The giveaway run dates are as stipulated on the original giveaway post. The giveaway may be advertised on the companies websites https://www.rhinorack.com/en-au/, https://maxtrax.com.au/, https://tredoutdoors.com/, https://rockymounts.com.au/, https://ezyanchor.com/, on the company's Facebook pages, Instagram pages, and via email.
5. To enter, entrants must do the following:
a. b. Like the giveaway post on either Instagram and/or Facebook
c. Comment on the giveaway post tagging a legend of a dad or father figure. 1 tag = 1 entry
d. Bonus entry: Share to your Instagram and/or Facebook story and tag at least one company involved in the giveaway.
6. Individual Entrants may enter as many times as desired during the giveaway period. Each entry must comply with these terms and conditions.
7. Entries are deemed to be received at the time that the Individual Entrant’s like and comment are registered and recorded by Rhino-Rack.
8. Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor reserve the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor.
9. Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these Terms & Conditions of Entry or has engaged in any inappropriate or fraudulent activity.
10. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Prizes cannot be transferred.
11. Entries must be received by the end date as stipulated in the original giveaway post.
12. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
13. The winning entrants will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook direct message and will be asked to provide their email, phone, and mailing address details. The winner will be notified of their prize in writing via Instagram or Facebook message and will have their details published on the Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor social media sites at the completion of the giveaway.
14. The total prize pool is as pictured in the giveaway artwork or stipulated in the giveaway post text.
15. Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor reserve the right to appoint a new winner if a Winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days or if the Prize cannot be redeemed by a Winner.
17. The prize will be emailed to the winners.
18. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products.
19. The winner must, at Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor using their names and images in promotional material.
20. Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor may disqualify and prohibit further participation in this giveaway by any person who acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent of annoying, abusing, threatening, or harassing any other person.
21. Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the giveaway or prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
22. This giveaway may be communicated or advertised on Meta platforms, but it is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta. Entrants are providing their information to Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor and not to Meta. Entrants completely release Meta from any liability.
23. Prize acceptance by the winner’s companions also signifies acceptance of these conditions.
24. Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason before the close of entry and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
25. By entering the giveaway, entrants release Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, TRED Outdoors, RockyMounts & Ezy Anchor, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to such entry.
26. The laws of Australia govern these terms and conditions.
