RETURN POLICY

 

PRODUCTS RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR RHINO RACK USA SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

 

Once your return has been received, a credit will be issued for the product returned (less any applicable return shipping charges, original freight charges, and/or a 20% restocking fee).

From the time that we receive your return, please allow up to 8 calendar days for your credit to be processed.

All credits will be issued to the original credit or debit card used for order processing. All Rhino Rack USA product returns need to:

 

• Be replaced and packed within original Rhino Rack packaging unless otherwise specified.

• Include a copy of your packing slip and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#)

• Include all product manuals and small parts.

• Be unused / in new condition.

 

Not Eligible for Return: Discontinued products or products not of first quality.


RETURN PROCESS

Please contact Customerservice@rhinorack.com from 7am-6pm MST M-F for your return.

In order to expedite the process please have your order number with you and your reason for your return. Remember returns are not accepted after 30 days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a manufacturer error. Please include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) on the outside of the box.


DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Please contact Customerservice@rhinorack.com to report a defective item. A product deemed defective by Rhino Rack USA will carry no cost to the consumer on the return of the defective product. A call tag will be issued as well as a full refund upon verification of the item. A refund or replacement will be issued when the returned product is obtained by the shipping party.

 

CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY

Expedited Orders (2nd & Next Day Deliveries)

If you choose 2nd or Next Day delivery during the checkout process it is considered an expedited order. Rhino Rack USA strives to get your order to you in the fastest way possible. However, once an expedited order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Also, a product must be in stock for the expedited delivery to be utilized. Contact Rhino Rack Customer Service to confirm availability before choosing expedited shipping. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded on orders unless the product is confirmed defective by Rhino Rack.


GROUND ORDERS

If you have placed a ground shipment at RhinoRack.com prior to 12:01 MST, we may be able to cancel the order if we receive the cancellation request in a timely manner before the order is processed.

Need to change or cancel an order?

We understand that things change, you might want to cancel or make an adjustment to your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to change the contents of an order once it has been placed. We do require written notification if you would like to cancel an order. Please reach out to Customerservice@rhinorack.com to see if we can cancel the order for you.
