"The 552U, 554U and 556U ski and snowboard carriers / ski racks do not require a separate fitting kit to attach to the roof rack cross bar. The Universal Mount is included. With the use of the S550 Riser, you can adapt your ski or snowboard rack to fit a variety of different cross bar types including Rhino Heavy Duty and Rhino Aero bars. Rhino also has a number of fitting kits to adapt the ski and snowboard carriers to other brands of roof racks including Thule, Rola and Yakima.
